Our not so old Carrier AC malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of the year. We called and was told a tech would come out within a few hours the same day. To our surprise, they called within an hour to say a tech would arrive within 15 minutes. Jason arrived, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue but said he would have to return in a few hours after the ice melted on the unit. And he absolutely did. He repaired the unit but did not rush the job. Thank goodness because the next day was a record breaking day at 35 degrees. Thank you Jason for the excellent service and we will definitely recommend you and High Efficiency.
