Sam from Duct Care Inc. provided excellent duct care cleaning service. He pointed out issues with the last duct cleaning that was done (prior to purchasing my home) and how poorly it was done. He even educated me in the cleaning process from top to bottom, including air flow mechanics from the supply and return vents. I purchased the service through Groupon which included cleaning 10 vents (supply or return) excluding additional charges for $10 per additional vent. The Groupon deal did include 1 free service of either dryer vent cleaning, furnace blower cleaning and AC coil cleaning. I opted for the furnace blower cleaning but paid extra for the AC coil cleaning as a recommendation from Sam. Would recommend Duct Care and will definitely get my duct cleaning done with them in the future.
