Vinyl Window Pro replaced 24 windows and three exterior doors. End to end service was professional, honest, efficient and friendly. The quotation was provided professionally, they performed multiple visits to explore options, listened to our feedback and ensured the windows met requirements and building codes. We also visited their showroom to finalise options for the doors. The contracting processes was straight forward. They took time to make sure the work to be completed was thoroughly documented and were explicit on what would and would not be completed. All windows and doors were installed to a high standard. There were no manufacturing issues with the windows, all awnings and casements worked. The team were polite and courteous, turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. They communicated well, and let us know what would happen and when. They always returned our calls and e-mails and answered our queries in an open and honest way.
