During the evaluation process, we had interviewed several highly rated contractors on HomeStars. The selection for Jiangs Home was based on their attention to detail and all-inclusive expertise for washroom, living space, and electrical. Evan was very diligent and provided clarity during the quoting process, which was thoughtfully crafted to include multiple scenarios based on our home structure. Throughout the project, all the milestones were met, structural and design work done to our specifications, and to our surprise, completed in entirety ahead of schedule. That is unheard of for renovations! Above all, what stood out was the level of expertise, integrity, and honesty of both Evan and team leader Louis. They always came through with what was promised and flexed creativity with challenges that were beyond our control. Evan even assisted with acquiring materials and recommending vendors for purchases when requested. Home renovations can be emotionally and financially taxing, keep in mind that initial quotes aren't always final and many times contractors will come back with change orders due to omitted tasks to keep the quote low. So, while Jiang's Home was not the lowest quote, they provided transparency and stood by their work as exactly outlined without surprising costs. We are proud to say this beautiful renovation was on time and on budget! Don't take our word for it, give Evan a call, get a walk through quote, and you will understand. We recently hired Urals for moving, Vas is a great communicator and had promptly answered our many questions. They even include free wardrobe boxes as part of the move, which saved us a lot of time. On moving day Mike and Sergei arrived promptly and were very accommodating as we finished up some last minute packing. Even though we had two different drop-off locations, they worked fast and we finished exactly on time. They were even thoughtful enough to hide smaller furniture pieces into a bag to prevent damage. This level of thoughtfulness is hard to come by and is something I haven’t experienced with past movers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth moving experience.

This was our second time hiring Alex, he is incredibly responsive and answered questions in great detail. He was able to fit us in for a last minute cleaning session and the team started at 8am in the morning and had completely finished within 3 hours for our 2bd, 2bath. Given this was a rental unit, it was in poor shape when we first moved in but after they were done cleaning, the unit looked brand new - the landlord was surprised as well. Safe to say we will never use another cleaner and will continue to recommend Clean House to our family and friends.
