After a nightmare experience trying to get a door from a big box store (2 incorrect measurements and months of waiting), I could not be happier to have taken my business to Sobol. I received a visit and estimate almost immediately, my door was ready early, and everyone was extremely skilled and professional. The door replacement was fairly complicated and took a full day as the pre-existing concrete frame had to be removed and replaced. My new door looks great and keeps out all the cold air. Do not be fooled by competitors that offer seemingly lower prices as they do not provide anywhere near the level of quality and service you will get from Sobol.

Very professional, punctual, personable and efficient - they did a great job very quickly. Only negative is cost. Based on the quote and the fact that the load was almost all cardboard boxes, I expected to pay $150 but it turned out to be $250 plus tax. They are good but pricey.

After doing much research, I engaged Kourosh Interior Construction to renovate our 100 year old house. The project consisted of a full renovation of the main floor and basement and some work on floors 2 and 3. The extensive remodel included the removal of 2 load bearing walls, the widening of a staircase and the full renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. At the end of over 6 months of work, I couldn't be happier with my choice of contractor. Kourosh is truly excellent at what he does. He is honest, patient, generous, kind, full of integrity and works to the highest standard. His communication is excellent - he even sent me photos of what was done every evening when I was out of town - and he always kept me updated on the status of the work. He is a superb problem solver which is so vital when working on old buildings. Not only are his own rates very reasonable, he tries to save you money in your dealings with others. His entire team is exceedingly pleasant and professional and it was a joy to interact with them. In the messy stressful business of renovation, you really want Kourosh in your corner. He and his crew exceeded expectations in every way.

Manny and Carlos were amazing to work with. They waterproofed my basement and replaced all my drains. The work was done quickly, efficiently, on time and on budget. They are extremely personable and they clearly explain everything they do and why they do it. Highly recommend for top quality service.
