My wife and I are very happy with a new door and window we had installed. Ilia Baber is very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. The installers worked continuously to get the job done in a few hours. Our door was very old and so the replacement was a difficult installation. The work was meticulous, and installers cleaned up really well afterward. They even reinstalled our blinds on the window we had replaced.

Our AC split unit was poorly installed by Reliance (unevenly attached to the wall outside). Stains were left on our carpet inside from a tarp they used that apparently melted. Reliance also left a hole left in our closet. The hole and outdoor installation were finally resolved weeks after the initial installation. The carpet stains were harshly cleaned by HVAC personnel (not qualified carpet contractors) sent by reliance. The cleaning did damage to the carpet, causing pilling and fraying, and the stains were not completely removed. Our carpet was high-end, wool, and in excellent condition before the AC installation. Reliance still hasn't paid to replace the carpet or even obtain a quote almost a month after the initial installation. Communication has been extremely slow and evasive.
