I arrived on a long weekend looking for some soil amendment and bark chips for a landscaping project. Was received by a very helpful staff member who explained the different mixes and uses. Also helped my load my vehicle and had my second load prepared for me when I returned. Good prices and great service.
Had a backed up main drainage line - hired Cambie to come auger it out. A subcontracter was sent out. Plumber chose to open the lower cleanout, flooding the laundry room, when an additional clean-out about 3 feet up on the same line was available (and obviously located above a sink that was backed up...). Plumber spent ~just over 1h cleaning out blockage ~ 25 feet from the cleanout and replacing a flapper in one of the toilets and charged us for 3 hours labour and 120 dollars in materials. When I requested clarification I was told that I was wrong, that it couldn't have possibly happened in an hour. I have had positive experiences with this company in the past, but will not be using them for any future work.
