I contacted AC Electrical based on Homestar reviews that I had read. They were very professional to deal with and their excellent customer service was very reassuring. The electrician was able to diagnose and fix 2 electrical issues in our condo in a short amount of time. I was kept apprised of everything throughout the appointment and was very satisfied with the work.

Quinn of AC Electric came to add a power outlet in my main bathroom. It was a pleasant experience dealing with this company because you can communicate with a real person and get instant responses. Quinn was on time and he worked very swiftly, did a good job, cleaned up and also helped me with a couple of little things. AC Electric was recommended to me by a friend and I will certainly spread the word to my friends too.

I called them on Aug 27 and spoke to Nick. He was very professional and polite on the phone.

He dropped by on Aug 28 and completed the work in good time. The amount we paid was exactly the amount he quoted to us on the telephone (no surprises).

He explained to us in detail how the new smoke detectors work, and also asked us to call him if the new smoke detectors aren't working properly. He was very patient and answered all of our questions.

I live in a condo and wanted a couple wall sconces installed (floor lamps take too much space and the ceilings are concrete). I called a few companies for quotes and I found AC Electrical BY FAR the easiest to deal with. While their quotes was the highest I had a hard time getting the other companies to return my calls and emails (probably because my job was a small one?). AC Electrical was the only exception. They returned my calls quickly, were straightforward with pricing and scheduled the visit quickly too. The servicemen showed up on time and did the job professionally, quickly and cleanly. I was satisfied with their work so I called them in a week to install two more sconces. Same result - fast response and a professional job. I am quite satisfied. They did cut a couple of small holes in the walls which they told me I had to fix myself (they warned me about it beforehand) or hire somebody else to do it but I believe this is a common practice for such jobs. Anyway, I filled and painted over the holes myself so that was not a big deal. I'll call them again if I need more electrical work done.

We changed all switches, we are quite satisfied their job from beginning.

Michael and his crew did a very professional and neat replacement of all our aluminum switches,receptacles and overhead fixtures. They followed up immediately with a minor problem and their price was competitive.

The electrician named Mike arrived early to the appointment, put down floor covers, cut neatly through the drywall, and vacuumed up after the job was complete. Mike was friendly and reassuring throughout the process.

A couple of days later we needed an electrician again, this time to assess and fix the damage caused by my husband's drilling (he hit a wire in a stud). Without hesitating, we called AC Electrical. The team at AC Electrical responded immediately and Mike made the necessary repairs quickly the next morning. We highly recommend AC Electrical (especially Mike) for any job, big or small. From speaking with the booking coordinator to dealing with Mike, it has been nothing but a great experience.

After calling ACElectrical, they answered back very fast and Michael who came to help was very efficient, done in 10min. Recommended to anyone who needs something done quickly and without hassle. Arrived 20 minutes early.
