Just a few days shy of our due date with our first child, we discovered multiple gas leaks in our basement from our 40 year old system. The joints were leaking and our service was shut off. Nick came on a Sunday evening to assess/quote the job and returned on the Monday to complete the repair. Nick's work is good and so is his word. He takes his work very seriously, which is what you want when you encounter a gas leak in your home. We have no hesitations using Nick in the future for any gas fitting needs.

These guys are great! Nick returned our call within an hour, finalized a time for the next day, and called us back to confirm well after regular office hours. He did a great job, at a reasonable price, even though it was more complicated than what he had originally thought. He also just seems like an honest, hard-working guy. If we need more gas or appliance work in the future, we'd definitely call Nick again.

No frills, no fancy website, just solid responsive work and great customer service.

I called Nick in September to pull out some old gas lines (for laundry) and T off an existing line to hook up a gas BBQ on the back deck. Despite the job taking twice as long as expected (and quoted) because of challenges drilling through the foundation, Nick stayed true to his original quote and completed the job perfectly.

Fast forward two months and we learn from Enbridge that we have a gas leak. Assuming it was somehow related to Nick's work earlier in the fall, I called him first thing on a Monday morning and he rearranged his schedule to get to my house by midday. He figured out the source of the leak (it was unrelated to his prior work), charged me the bare minimum, and had us back up and running (rad heat, hot water) by mid-afternoon.

The only guy I'll call and the only guy I'll recommend.

I had Metro West do the rough-in installation for a new house. I had it roughed-in for 2 dryers, 1 cooktop, 2 bbqs, 1 radiant boiler and 3 fireplaces. Nick and his crew put in a lot of extra effort in running the gas pipe through routes and walls which I was happy with so that there was no bulkheads required. A big thank you to Nick and the crew for the extra effort. I will have them back when I do the final appliance install.

After having purchased a range vent for our kitchen renovation, we were told by TWO other installers that the vent could not be installed into our canopy. Faced with having to pay a re-stocking fee for returning our vent, I decided to give Nick at Metrowest Gas a call. He quickly assessed our need and ensured us he would be able to complete our vent installation. NIck and his team showed up promptly and completed the task without issue. Sure, there was alot of work required to get the job done, but they were not afraid to put in the time and effort necessary. The jobsite was left spotless after completion. Nick is a true perfectionist and noticed some of our other appliances were not installed 100% correctly and fixed them. A huge thanks to Metrowest, our vent runs and looks great!! I would hightly recommend their services.

Metro west came by to move a gas line in our renovated kitchen. I couldn't believe it, but they came by within a few hours of me calling, and did the job on the spot! I would definitely recommend them.

Had Nick and assistant over to install a gas BBQ and stove. They did a wonderful job and also installed a range hood and vented it outside, a washer and dryer. Nick also was helpful in identifying problems and issues with electricals around the house. Very professional and pretty amazing service. The kind of service that is above and beyond the call actually.

Nick and his assistant did an excellent, professional job installing a 1" gas line to the backyard for a BBQ (went with a larger pipe to accommodate some future plans). The pipe is well secured and the installation is clean and visually appealing (painted, neat, etc.).

We had to reschedule the appointment once, but once they were on site, they stayed until the job got done (took a little longer than expected). Nick was very responsive with my follow-up questions.

Nick did a fantastic job running the gas line out to our new deck. Had to come out twice, first to run the line while the deck was being built, and then a follow-up to connect the new BBQ. Gas line install was meticulous and totally hidden from view. Nick and I discussed the long distance of the line (70 feet) upfront and Nick determined what should be the proper size of line. Very pleased that the new massive BBQ cranks up to over 700 degrees in just minutes....so Nick's call on the size of line was perfect. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!!!

Nick and Matt did a fantastic job installing the stove on the main floor of our home. They helped us get a heavy gas stove down some stairs and then installed the new gas line. Their work is excellent. They were quick and clean and acted professionally.
