I was not happy with my first phone call to Reliance when our furnace quit. The lady that answered was only interested in selling me the 14.99 protection when I just wanted a repairman to come out. Once the repairman came out which was quickly he was very good and let me know my options. He at once called Liz to come and show me new furnace options. She was here in the afternoon and was great to accommodate what I needed. She then booked a furnace install for me the next morning. Could not ask for anything more than the service this team provided.
