Hot water heater needed valve changed. Very friendly and competent worker. Did a great job and explained well.
The timing wasn't ideal. I had a different appointment at 2 o'clock and let them know. The guy finally showed up at ten to 2(!) and finished at 2:40! I was late and stressed..
