Extremely Poor Customer Service and Management
Unfortunately there are no negative stars otherwise I would give this company negative 5 stars. I am ruing the day, my drinking water filtration system was taken over by Reliance. Under my contract with old company which Reliance took over, I have a 10 year price freeze and also they need to replace chlorine filters every year. I call Reliance every year and tell the booking agent to make sure the technician brings the right filters as the system is not the one from Reliance but from Excalibur which Reliance took over. For the last 4 years, they have been replacing filters after multiple calls to them. This year, one technician came couple of weeks, I asked him did you bring the filers. He said no and that I have to pay for the filters. I called Reliance again and asked booking agent to speak to one of the Supervisors who told the booking agent that filters are send to home when need to be replaced. Clearly this Supervisor did not know what he/she was talking about. My profile has several messages and they never read. Another Technician came last week after booking agent put detailed note to bring these specific filters. And yet again, technician did not bring these filters. Such a waste of time, he actually tried to convince me to switch to new Reliance water osmosis system. Reliance has been charging me extra for the last 6 months despite a price freeze under my contract. I have better chances of winning a lotto than Reliance fix my billing error and change filters without me explaining these issues every year. I am just waiting for my contract to end and never ever deal with Reliance again. The worst customer service experience ever. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them and Reliance has now become an expert on making the same mistake every year despite claiming to have up to date technology. Please don't deal with this company. Booking agents don't know a thing, technicians don't have any say or power to do anything and Supervisor/Managers are not interested in your issues.
