Thank you Patricia, Gail, Alberto and the team at Select Granite. Our quartz counter tops are perfect and the matching sill for the shower compliments the room nicely (in the master bath). I would have rated a 10 (no half ratings or I would have put 9 ½) excellent for one minor incident which was rectified to our full satisfaction. Customer service was excellent and they accommodated our time constraints accordingly. The counter tops look great and I would recommend them to anyone having renovations in mind. Too bad I didn’t know of them years ago when I was renovating my kitchen. Thanks again, job well done. Would have added pictures but this site isn't user friendly.

We recently renovated our 2 main bathrooms and were recommended to use Select Granite. We me with Patricia and I have to say we were pleased from the beginning with the design, selection and service we received. They met their timeline obligations and but for a minor issue, I would have rated them a 10. The minor issue was ultimately resolved without any objection and to our complete satisfaction and I must say service was excellent. Patricia's follow up was very good as was Gail's. The onsite installers and follow up was great. A special thanks to Alberto. The selection of materials and samples available are abundant. I would recommend them to anyone requiring quartz, granite, etc. Too bad my kitchens renovations were done years ago or I would have used Select as well.

Patricia at Select Granite was great, she made the whole selection process effortless. They provide a nice thick top, not two thin pieces put together. The top was CNC cut and permanently sealed, maintenance free. Their team was very courteous and professional they took exact measurements and provided a nice clean installation without causing any damage. It even covered up most of my removal marks with no repairs required. If you want a hassle free and professional job done I would highly recommend Select Granite and we will definitely be going back to them if we every purchase another home.

I selected SGT to replace laminate with granite for a fairly large kitchen; out of 4 companies SGT offered the best combination of price/value/warranty/good reviews. Overall, the experience was very good, my wife and I are happy with the result. I was dealing with Patricia; great communication, I had tons of questions but everything was extremely well explained, a pleasure to deal with.
There's two small things that caused me to rate it less then perfect: on the installation day it turned out that slabs were not ready, which caused a reschedule to the next day (Patricia called us at the very last moment). This caused a reschedule of the plumbing work to Monday from Friday, so we were left without a kitchen for 3 more days. Another thing was a small dent along one of the seams which I pointed out to installers. Not a deal breaker either - dent is barely visible - so I decided not to pursue further. Overall, great value for money (which I was looking for) but not 100% perfect.

I had a great experience at Select Granite Tops. The pricing was very fair and we are very happy with the installation. The consultant I dealt with, Patricia, was fantastic. She was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. At first, I could not decide whether to choose granite or quartz for my counter. Patricia was very patient and well informed showing me many different options and what they would look like once installed. She did not pressure me to make a decision and met with me on several occasions to ensure that I was satisfied with my selection. Patricia also has a great eye for design. Not only did she help me choose my counter but she was also able to give me tips on colour scheming for my kitchen and bathroom to enhance the look of both rooms. I would definitely recommend Select Granite Tops to anyone. Patricia was amazing to deal with. The entire staff was very kind and a pleasure to deal with.

We bought a new house and wanted to do Quartz countertops in the kitchen. We researched a few companies and based on price and the good home star reviews we chose select granite.
We had a date scheduled for installation, we took the day off from work and no one showed up. We even called that morning to confirm and no one told us the date was changed. Finally, when no one showed up We called them again and were told the date changed to the following day, they forgot to call us to let us know. Fine, these things happen. The next day 2 very nice guys came and installed the countertops. That night we noticed the cooktop cut out was not cut properly, it was not centered to the bottom drawer and off by 5mm. When the guy who came was measuring that part, he got a phone call and was on the phone, so made an error. Select granite told me that they are off by not a lot and it's within variance so they won't change it. They offered to send someone to chisel part of countertop but then the cooktop would not fit right. We paid $4600 and for that money it should be measured bang on. Why the variance? We are not fighting with them because we don't have any more energy with all the new house issues but we will not use this company again for future projects or recommend them. They do a lot of work for builders and are just too big. The only reason I give a 2 is because the people who came out were very nice.

In response to below, our upper cabinets have been fixed and are not the issue. Not sure how you can blame the cabinets when you have not even seem them. I have attached a picture showing the lower mis-alignment. The cooktop cutout variance is 2mm, so making the hole bigger than that would hinder the installation of the appliance and 2mm would still not make up for the full 5mm mis-alignment from the lower cabinet.

We bought a new house and underwent significant renovations that included a new kitchen and bathroom vanity. We chose Select Granite Tops to provide the counters for both and worked with Gustavo to select the best granite and features. The result was excellent. The counters were provided in a timely manner once we were ready for them to be measured. The installation was prompt, thorough, and clean. In short, we're very happy with our experience with Select Granite Tops.

We used Select Granite for our kitchen reno and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Our kitchen counters are fitted with calacatta marble slabs and look stunning!! The installers were very professional as was the whole team at Select. Gustavo helped us from the start of the project to the end and really knows what he is talking about. The freedom to pick our own slabs was a bonus :)

Looking for a company to install our new kitchen granite counter tops was supposed to be easy - it was not. I went to many counter top stores around my area in Newmarket and was met with cold customer service, people lacking in product knowledge and no choice. It wasn't until I jumped online to read reviews that I found Select Granite in Concord and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. From the get go, Patricia took us under her wing, walked us through the shop, helped us pick out a counter top that fit our lifestyle and needs and provided us with over the top customer service from start to finish. The installers were wonderful and the prep work done by Nick before the installation was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this company more. Trust someone who really did shop around, the personal touches this company has mastered is well worth every penny.

I am a professional Interior Designer renovating own home. I was looking for quartz counters at a reasonable price and found it challenging to do so. After reading great reviews from Homestars I contacted Select Granite with a bit of hesitation and spoke to Gustavo. The reviews on Homestars were pretty accurate, as this company is excellent! Gustavo provided great customer service, good advice, and the best price for our quartz countertops. Gustavo even met us on a weekend to accommodate our schedule. He is truly a wonderful sales person.

I was even pleasantly surprised that their excellent customer service followed through during the scheduling of our installation through Alexandra and during installation. They keep you informed and are on schedule.

I would use them again for other projects and highly recommend them to others.
