All County Aluminum

Our house requied new eaves and we began our search on homestars in the hopes of finding a reliable company to undertake the work. When I contacted All County Aluminum, Serge was extremely professional from the outset. He came to the house and was prompt in providing a quote for service which included new eaves along the front of the house and gutter guards for the front and back of the house. He provided documentiaon about the benefits and was available to describe the product and installation. Ultimately as we live in a highly treed area, we opted to install the gutters in additon to the new eaves. Serge and his team provided a schedule and the work was undertaken on time and was good quality. It has now been 6 months since the work was carried out and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend Serge and his team for this type of work. The quality of products used, performance and cost were top notch!

We got several quotes.All County was competitively priced (not lowest, nor highest), but based on the reviews here & the comfort we had in Serge, it was an easy decision. Serge & his teams are very professional, neat, organized & respectful. The work was done on schedule and budget, and they returned quickly afterwards when a small fix (not entirely an installation issue, but an air leak around the door that has more to do with the fact it's a 1920's home - Serge brought the whole installation team back and although there could have been question as to whether it was in scope, Serge wanted a very satisfied client & that is what he has).I'd recommend All County to anyone needing their services.

Serge and his team were excellent. They completed the job in the time frame discussed and were courteous and neat. Serge came to the house a couple of times to discuss the project and to suggest the best possible solution to my water issues.

Serge and his team were efficient, professional, and courteous. They were very conscientious about getting the job done in the time frame that we originally discussed, and the results look fantastic. Serge took the time to explain exactly what would be done so that I knew the job was going to be done correctly and thoroughly. The whole team was friendly and willingly answered any questions. We were extremely please with the work done by Serge and his staff. There was one part that was not done according to the original agreement and when Serge became aware of it, he had it corrected immediately.

Again Serge and his team did a fabulous job in replacing my old bay window. There was a gap in the house because the old window was not installed properly. His team was professional, quick (3 hrs), clean and extremely good!! No more gaps, warm living room, great look!! Highly recommend them!

Serge did a fine job on replacing the eavestroughing on our 90-year-old house. It was a more complicated job than we had anticipated. First, we had to apply for exemption from the mandatory downspout disconnection, and Serge gave us helpful advice. Then, partway through the job, it was realized that the original metal roof over our front bay window had decayed to the point that attaching eavestroughing would be difficult. It was going to have to be replaced, either now or later. We decided on now. It was a challenging metal-working design, having unusual measurements and pretty apron-like curves. Serge and his teams were able to get this done much faster than expected. It looks great and will last longer than we will. Serge and his teams were pleasant and courteous, and we were very happy with the results of their work.

We contacted All County Aluminum to complete some metal work on our home several months ago. We were elated with the work and the professionalism shown by Serge and his crew. From the beginning, Serge provided us with a thorough quotation for the work, providing us with the necessary information (showing us brochures of the products, samples, etc.) to make informed choices. When time came to do the work, he and his crew arrived on time, worked when they said they would work, and did this work in an efficient and professional manner. Not only did they show extreme care in what they were doing, but they were respectful of our time and property, and took great pains to tidy up each day. Now, several months down the road, All County's work still looks impeccable, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. As a design professional in the industry, I have worked with many trades/contractors, and All County is one of the best! You will not be disappointed!

All County did a terrific job replacing the eaves troughs on our 105 year old home in downtown Toronto. The job was a difficult one because of the height of our home (30+ feet) and its close proximity (about 1 foot) to our neighbours. Several contractors, including the one that replaced our roof (Contex Roofing) actually declined to do the job. We were in a real bind until we met Serge, who assured us that All County could do the job no problem. The crew were all employees of All County (not contractors) which we have discovered is rare among roofing / siding / trough installation companies. Serge kept us informed throughout the installation including helping us work through some options and decisions that needed to be made on the fly. We wish we had used All County for siding installation we had done the prior year, and would definitely recommend them as a top quality group.
