Yes your move was more than anticipated, when you gave me a list of items over the phone no boxes were mentioned and some furniture was not mentioned, anyway the guys were more than happy to do the extra work,( they did call me at the start of the move to say more was needed to be moved than what I had told them) I now insist on moves that are booked over the phone to send a list in writing on what has to be moved, luckily I sent a larger truck at no extra cost so everything did fit. The facts of this move is that it finished on time as per his written estimate despite customer not being properly prepared for the move, at this time the movers did a 30 minute inspection with the customer of the furniture no damages were found, the customer was abusive to the movers and myself before, during and after the move, the customer never payed his bill in full and NEVER submitted a complaint to the BBB as his review suggests. ( I have an A plus rating and no complaints) The customer for some reason abandoned the movers throughout the move and told them to lock up his old house when finished loading despite me telling him someone must be present, I sent an extra truck and mover to help with this move because of the customers actions. In the end the guys did a great job and did not take anything personally, they were polite and courteous despite the customer. Still waiting for final payment. Brent Owner
