My Samsung dryer broke down and I called Samsung directly and they provided me the number of a place. When I called the number I got a call center and the lady knew nothing about my repair. One rule I have is if you call a company make sure you talk to the actual person who could be doing the repair. I texted Modern Appliance with the issue and model # and Peter responded within minutes with a quote, when he would get the part and my appointment time. He showed up 30 minutes early the day of the appointment and got to work. Very professional and even offered me tips to keep my washer/dryer clean and working longer. Really appreciate the quick service. I know was in good hands and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
