You get what you pay for - stay away if you value your safety.
They are obviously way understaffed and it takes over 20 minutes to answer your call even if an alarm was triggered - you would have been robbed or possibly even harmed by this time.
This has been the case for years but overlooked due to price until I needed them to answer my call.
Looking for new alarm monitoring company who will truly monitor my alarm - the risk you are taking with TMC is simply not worth it.
Stay away !

The sales team who provided pricing to sign up is quite nice however once they transfer you to the scheduling department, everything changes. The Monitoring Center might seem like a great deal until you realize the additional costs they add. When you compare them to other security companies, they are sub-par. The scheduling department was not accommodating and extremely rude. We are going elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.

Amazing organization! I am so grateful and thankful for their expertise and professionalism. Every department that I have dealt with has been helpful and taken the time to listen to my questions and needs.
I recently had extra window contacts added and Richard was an outstanding and professional technician who took great care of the many small details that it took to install the contacts that keep me safe.
At the end of the day I go to sleep knowing I am protected.
For that I am very grateful!

I am an existing customer and it is very frustrating to get through their 1-866 number or with their chat reps online (see pis attached). 20 minutes hence I still had no one online to assist with a simple enquiry.

they are good though at the monitoring part but all the best if you ever have to reach them!

Used this company for over 5 years with no issues until now. Their technician installed my devices to the door. After awhile they stopped working and I’m told I have to wait two weeks to get service for their error. Rick who is supposed to be a manager continued to put the blame on us, even though we did not install the devices to the door. Not willing to try and get someone in here faster to solve the issue they caused. Very disappointed and will be cancelling this service.

I changed from a small local monitoring centre to The Monitoring Centre. I was a bit nervous going to a large company from our local guy which we knew. I can’t say enough about their service. In the first few months they added a moisture meter in our basement. We were away and got the call.. we had moisture. Rained over 2 inches and sump pump couldn’t keep up. We had someone come in and resolve our issue but if we hadn’t changed we would have had thousands in damage. When they call. Always polite and efficient. Must mention the installer was very pleasant as well. Best choice we could have made and they are EXCELLENT!

Fantastic job! The tech.guy arrived really fast and installed the alarm device I bought as soon as possible but reliable at the same time. I was really impressed by the level of professionalism. He also answered all my questions!

Tech came out promptly to give me an estimate to improve our alarm system. In fact we decided to buy a new one. We are pleased with our new system. Quality customer service and efficiency, they know what they are doing!!!

We were shopping around to get new security system for our house and we were confused who to select as we had bad experience before but after reading their reviews and website we decided to go with them they really performed professional installation with complete detailed information which we never had it before it really good to have business with those who are qualified and at least keep good behavior technician we really like TMC services and on-time response thank you so much.

just got a call from the monitoring center to tell me the battery in the panel was low. i was then transferred to someone who said their name was mariam. i found her to be extremely unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. i presumed they would set up an appointment to change the battery but no, this was not to be. she told me i can google where to get a new battery. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor and there was no one there higher up at the time that i could speak with. full service 24 / 7 ? how do they figure that? + attitude to boot ! in the past i have had 2 motion sensors from them fail ( according to the installer ) unusually soon. buyer beware ! my opinion.
