just got a call from the monitoring center to tell me the battery in the panel was low. i was then transferred to someone who said their name was mariam. i found her to be extremely unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. i presumed they would set up an appointment to change the battery but no, this was not to be. she told me i can google where to get a new battery. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor and there was no one there higher up at the time that i could speak with. full service 24 / 7 ? how do they figure that? + attitude to boot ! in the past i have had 2 motion sensors from them fail ( according to the installer ) unusually soon. buyer beware ! my opinion.
