The company was excellent. The team (Kevin and Justin) that worked hard to clear out my father's apartment was on time and very efficient. The service was also affordable. Though I had some trouble with Rid Of It's website, I was able to arrange my pickup through a telephone call. Deborah was very friendly and helped me work out a time that was convenient for both of us. Justin & Kevin arrived right on time and happily confirmed the quote for the minimum charge since we had disassembled all the furniture, stripped out the hardware, and brought it down to the loading dock for them, making for a speedy and efficient pickup. Both guys were courteous and professional. All in all a very good experience.

We needed junk removal after a family member died. Deborah phoned each day after the days work was completed to check how things went and to confirm the details for the next day. I use their services back in December of 2022. The two workers arrived on time and were able to clear out the condo in under 3 hours. I was very happy to with the service. I would use them again and I did about a week later. Great price, great service.
