Called 1-800 RID-OF-IT to remove 2 televisions, Spoke with Rick, received a quote & setup appointment. was given a pickup time frame within 2 hours.
They called before arrival & were prompt. The televisions were removed without any issues & I was satisfied with the service and price. Would recommend their service to anyone.

I needed a hot tub removed which is a big job but they took their time, took it apart, got rid of it, and cleaned up behind them. They did a good job which met my expectations.

I've done both personal and business work with Rid of it. At our school they come annually to do clean up. They are always on time, reliable and consistent. One of my favorite things is that this company doesn't have high turnover so I get to know the guys that come every year. They are super accommodating- one time we had a piano that had to be moved and they don't move pianos but he knew a guy who did so got back to me with a name and number and I really appreciated the fact that they went the extra mile. The rates are always competitive and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

I hired Rid of It after asking some landscapers who were working in my neighborhood, who they call when they have stuff that needs to be removed from a yard. I had some yard brush and also some garbage that needed to be removed and Rid of It took care of everything. The whole job only took about a half hour and there was a full truck load to take away, the whole process was really easy and definitely worth the money. Their prices are great and I would recommend them.

Rid of it has done a lot of different jobs for me over the past few years and I've always been happy with them. Doesn't matter what you need done, they'll do it. I've asked them to sweep up after and they'll do that too. They're just an accommodating company. The service is fast too- same day or next day.

I've used this company multiple times for both household clean up and for trash that was left behind in a commercial building. It's great because they will come in and get the stuff out of my garage for example, saving me from having to take it to the curb. They can usually come same day if not next day. Their service is honest and quick and I really like the convenience of their online invoicing.

The last time I used rid of it was to clean out my in-laws basement but we use them on our commercial properties all the time. Their drivers are really friendly and professional they show up on time and dispose of everything. They’ve done jobs for us ranging from taking away construction waste to just general clean up and their prices are reasonable. I’ve been doing business with them for over five years I would highly recommend them.

Mat and Mike were excellent, fast, efficient, good humoured in getting out lots of grotty and sometimes heavy stuff. In fact, the weight of lots of bricks in the basement were what drove up the cost of this project: otherwise all was reasonable and briskly done. Good job, guys!

Seriously, folks, other similar entities would likewise provide similar service but there are good reasons why you should contact these guys first. They're quick and helpful in unexpected ways. They show no need for excuses. A good sense of humor is always nice to see. And finally, when was the last time you saw two gentlemen driving a funky truck in your neighbourhood? Take it from me, I say gentlemen. As of today, their number is on my personal A list.
