I booked via an email exchange with franchise owner - when calling to change the date I found out I wasn't booked at all! Workers did show up at new arranged time. They never bothered to tell me their names, they refused to take a lot of stuff (bags of quick set etc) without being paid a premium. I was told by office manager they could "take it all" and this turned out to be not true at all. This meant I had to leave stuff in house and get a different service - post move - to complete the work. I would not use these guys again.
