From the beginning, Rick was very responsive, and professional. Scheduling an appointment was quick and efficient. I was quoted 109-150 online, but the removers that came to my condo asked me what I was quoted and I honestly stated between 109-150 and of course was charged the 150. It was a very small load and I even made it easy for removal ( I moved the majority of junk myself) to create an easier removal for the team.
Rick and team were professional nonetheless from start to end of this project. I was just disappointed by the price, I feel that if I had said 109 from Rick that is what I would have been charged.
Happy my junk is gone speedy and effectively.

Thanks for sharing your comments and concerns, we do try to provide rough estimates over the phone and email but the final quote is given by the crew onsite. I suspect it may have been a bit more but seeing I gave a range they stuck within that. Thanks for the other great comments and please ask for your discount on your next booking as a repeat client.
