Making the arrangements by phone was simple. Arrived on time. Andrew & James were excellent to work with! Only thing we were somewhat disappointed with was an extra charge of $160 for the weight of 1/8 of a load of boxes of books and paper we were getting rid of. However, the guys did mention this before they began working, so we could have cancelled at that time if we had wanted to.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this review. Due to the weight of the books and paper we are charged more for disposal and unfortunately we are unable to absorb that charge. This is why we always give the cost before we start the job to give our clients the option of proceeding.
