Max arrived when promised and diligently and efficiently went about solving my dishwasher issue. Max was friendly and very professional.
My problem turned out to be more of an installation issue which could have led to worse issues internally in the dishwasher if not solved promptly.
I am confident in the repair and feel Max would honestly assess whatever needed to be fixed. I would not hesitate to reach out to Max if any of my other appliances have issues.
This is my first time using Homestars and I was significantly impressed.
