We met with a few other contractors and felt that Anthony and Katelyn presented us with the most in-depth explanation of the whole process as well as a reasonable price and timeline. Our renovations went smoothly and turned out even better than we could have originally envisioned. We are setting up PHAB to do my Parents' house in the new year and will definitely recommend them to our friends.
