Clean inside and outside of gutters and removed moss from roof.
Did not do all the work he was paid to do and said he would do. Provided Worksafe document which had expired but he covered up the expiry date. I took a pic of it but did not notice the expiry till after job done. Did not provide proof of insurance coverage as requested. Windows were not washed where he got them dirty as promised. Gutter he attempted to repair did not get repaired and leaked again immediately. Appears to be interested only in money and not quality of his work. Did not wash under the sofits as he promised. Not professional. Gutters were not properly cleaned underneath.

what an old untrustworthy man. you called me to make an estimate to clean your gutters we agreed for $500 the next day you changed your mind telling me you giving me $400. you request for repair and stain removal which i did for you, and you refused to pay for that at the end of the day. I did moss cleaning on your roof that you never payed for..
clients like you we don't need them. it shows that your not a good client.
here in Canada we work n we get paid not making people work for free threatening us with bed reviews.... all my clients are happy only u sir. I think as a home owner you need to understand that the money we charge u it's what u get for the service. we can't just do a $3000 job for $400 like this gentleman. imagine doing a double story house roof cleaning, gutters in n out, windows and repairs on gutters for $400 come on that's abuse. u get what u paid for. we give service that's equal to your money. we value our clients homes and we are not on home stars because we desperate we were referred n we regret meeting you.
