Kevin was easy to deal with, kind and very knowledgable! His team did an excellent job fixing the foundation on my 100+ year old heritage house. They fixed the cracks, and wrapped both the interior and exterior with a waterproof membrane in record time! Would HIGHLY recommend. A+

Working on behalf of an older client, I really wanted to make sure that I made the best possible choice for waterproofing the basement. The guys were knowledgeable, understood our concerns about minimizing dust and mould in the air and were patient with all of our questions. They helped cope with an angry neighbour and weve completed the project without any conflict. The house basement had a regular leak, and strangely, only two local companies returned my calls.

The waterproofing work was planned on the outside of one wall.

I really liked the sense from one person and went forward with his quote. During the time before I committed and sent a deposit, the person changed companies when I called, and he let me know. He had developed the quote and was very knowledgable and kind to others in the house, and we all appreciated the knowledge combined with grace and friendliness. So, we asked if the estimator would recommend me stay with the old company. He said it's up to me to stay with old company, and so again I asked for his recommendation. He then told me he was working with a different but similar company, and that information helped us make the decision, so we stayed with him, and he and his new team re-assessed the leak and developed a new quote.

The work was changed from outside, to the same side wall on inside plus along the back, and a new sump pump. The workers show professional care for the job and customers. They provide great value for the money.

My realtor told me I should get the waterproofing done on my house while I was selling it. She found some and had two companies come, and I had a good impression from Quick Fix.

I showed the guys the situation outside and inside, what I did to try solving it from outside, and they gave me some things to think about. After the main work was complete, they continued to return to ensure things were not missed. We originally wanted tile to restore where they put the trench but Tom (a team member of Quick Fix) was inspired and suggested painting, for a better custom colour finish and I thought that was ideal. The finishing look has a high value to me.

The new home owners will receive the transferrable warranty I got. This is all a very good experience. Thanks guys!

We had several minor leaks, in a corner, and a few along an opposite wall. The original estimator stopped by repeatedly and really gave us a sense he cared for what was happening. He got a quote ready quickly but a change on his side caused a delay and it worked for our schedule, and he kept us informed. Now we are finished, and we absolutely love the work done, cleanly finished on one exterior side and the rest interior. They have great customer service, and back it up with very high quality work. I love this company.
