Alza Contracting

My very dark brown stairs were painted white on the vertical sides. The job was quite sloppy with white paint pooled in the corners on the dark part of the stairs and on the wall. They completed the job after one day, and once they were gone, I inspected that much more cleaning had to be done, as well as many dark areas still seen through the white paint. He was apologetic , polite and timely and returned the next day however, many areas still look quite messy. I was not happy with the job.

Had a great customer service experience with Alza Contracting end to end. They were prompt in their quote and provided details in a timely manner. Reasonable price and very competitive. They completed the various projects I had to do around the house to my satisfaction. I noticed they didn't short change on their time to ensure the work was done properly and best possible way for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them and would deffinitely use them in the future! Vince and his team were very professional and responsive at every stage.

We needed help with a labour intensive job and Alza really stepped up. They were easy to work with and flexible about scheduling. When they came to do the job they were on time and worked incredibly hard to get everything done in one day. We would hire these guys again.

Communication with the company was excellent in arranging the work. They were organized, timely, cleaned up when work was done. There were some areas that were left with smeared white paint on my stairs and when I contacted them they were speedy and courteous in coming back to tidy up. Final outcome looks good.

We hired Alza Contracting to finish our backyard and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Kevin and his team did an excellent job and they were great to work with! He gave us detailed drawings with dimensions and quantity so we could order the material.
We had a few changes during the process and Kevin was happy to discuss and implement them.
He kept us up to date with the schedule and approximate finishing time.
Very satisfied and would hire them again!

I really liked working with Alza team. They were very professional with getting my new flooring and kitchen installed and the follow through on things was amazing. We hired Alza and they did a great job bricking in a few windows and repairing our chimney by removing 10 layers of brick and capping it with a new concrete sill.
They showed up when they said they would and did the job on time and on budget.

Kevin and his team were great to work with, hard working, and did a professional job cutting the demo portion from the building. Woumd definitely rehire.

BUT THE BIGGEST THING THAT IMPRESSED ME WAS THAT ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORK THAT WERE DISCUSSED THROUGH THE JOB WERE EXECUTED WITHOUT THE NEED FOR FOLLOW UP, OR REMINDERS.
