Helgi provided a well written quote for the painting of our basement apartment, prior to move-in by the new tenant. While he had hoped to complete the job in one day on his own he was unable to do so which meant that I had to cancel the cleaners who were due to come in the next day. Helgi stepped up: he got additional help so he could complete the painting job and arranged for a cleaning team to come in so that when the tenants arrived everything was in good shape. Helgi also covered the cancellation charge for the cleaners I had hired.
