I 100% recommend Jamen and Dunnova. He is an excellent communicator, was flexible and creative with us to find a solution to our home issue (we needed a very wonky floor leveled on our top floor) and did excellent quality work within the time frame agreed on and within budget. He was prompt, cleaned the worksite everyday and was respectful of our home. I would absolutely go with Jamen again if I have future contracting needs.

This is my first time ever doing renovations in my place. From our first introductory meeting, Jamen demonstrated professionalism and great expertise in the filed. As a newly in this kind of renovation projects, I didnt need only their services, I also needed guidance and advice. Appreciated all the information and advice shared. We hired Dunnova Construction to renovate our primary washroom - to completely gut it and redo it with a very specific timeline. Jamen, our contractor, understood our tight timelines and mapped out the project accordingly. In anticipation of this project he planned everything possible in advance, including any troubleshooting on any issues he could foresee. Jamen and his team showed up every day and stayed 100% on schedule, delivering a beautiful washroom right on time.

During this project, we discovered we had faulty pipes running through the house. Since we already had a contractor we trusted, we asked if it was possible for the pipes to be replaced during the same tight timeline we gave them for the washroom. Jamen was able to source materials and staff the project, such that it was completed as we hoped.

Jamen was incredibly on top of both projects - it was clearly important to him that things run smoothly for us. He was upfront and responsive on any and all issues and his staff were all very pleasant and respectful. We were so happy with these two projects that we have hired him again to put a heated floor in our basement. We would highly recommend the Dunnova Construction team to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

Needed a repair job for my shower due to some botched work by the contractor that did my shower originally. This was bad, water damage, mold etc...

Jamen was very easy to work with and did an excellent job removing our existing vanity and installing a replacement. He also re-caulked our shower where some mold and mildew had formed as well as performing some trim repair and caulking in our kitchen. Dunnova was a great choice for getting a few small jobs taken care of efficiently and for a great value.

Jamen was hired to add on 80+ new pickets to an existing fence. (Materials were supplied.) This young man aligned and installed the pickets, perfectly. The time involved was minimal. He definitely knows his work. He is happy to answer any questions and is very nice to interact with. So happy with our new fence!
