Sparrowside Roofing was the 4th! roofing company I used . The first company did the flat roof and after the first rain there was almost a foot of water in the middle. When I called them that they didnt slope it, they said that wasnt in the contract.
The second roofing company put cement on it to try to make it slope.Water still pooled .
Finally I found Yusuf at Sparrowside Roofing. Right away he knew how to fix the problem. He didnt redo the whole roof, just the part ( large part) that needed to be sloped to the eavestrough downspout. That saved me money. He fitted me in between other jobs, came on the weekend, and did very thorough work.
He noticed the skylight was leaking( it was) and fixed that as well. His price was well below the first roofer who never bothered to slope my flat roof. Yusuf is very conscientious and pays attention to every detail . I highly recommend Sparrowside Roofing.

After I noticed a leak in the upstairs room ceiling - Yusuf from Sparrowside Roofing arrived the same day and performed an inspection of the shingles and attic. He shared pictures taken from the roof and correctly diagnosed the problem and provided options for addressing. Throughout the process was very courteous and honest - I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any roof inspections and service.

Yusuf did a fantastic job repairing missing shingles. He was in the neighbourhood working on another project and saw the issue so knocked on my door and showed us pictures of the issue. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem showing before and after shots. The price was really great and I give him two big thumbs up. Thanks Yusuf. Much appreciated.

I called Yusaf and he came by my house on the same day. He presented me with a few options and once I made my decision ,he did the job the next day. Yusaf was also kind enough to fix my eavestrough at no extra charge. The work is first rate, its been raining a lot this past week, and I don't have any issues. I contacted Sparrowside Roofing in the morning to get a quote for repairs to my garage roof and Yusuf contacted me immediately and had the work done 4 hours later! Yusuf did a great job fixing the drywall on the ceiling where I had some water leaks. He recaulked the shower and sealed some holes in the roof where water was coming in.

He was really friendly and made sure to explain everything he was going to do. He took care to make sure everything was done neatly and looked great at a great price! Would definitely hire him again
