We had a great experience with GM Construction Srevices!!! The tile job was extremely difficult and they came through on time and it looks fantastic! I will definitely use their services again in the future.

We hired Kostya to tile our entire basement floor. The entire team worked very hard to complete this large project on time. The work that was done is flawless. We are very satisfied and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tiling work done.

Kostya and his crew did an amazing job putting down the tiles in our house. This is team is very professional, time efficient and do you a really good job. I highly recommend their services.

Very happy with the tile work, however, there was a total lack of communication throughout the project.

We asked them to hang the shower rod after renovating and the worker agreed but left without doing it. We spoke to Alex, and he responded with this was not in the contract according to the boss and we shouldnt shoot the messenger. I would have happily paid for this service, however, it was poorly communicated and handled after.

The drywall around the pot light was cut incorrectly, leaving a gap. Again, spoke to Alex and the boss was out of town and because of this, they are unable to fix this problem. They said 100% they will fix when they can. Its been nearly a month and we have not heard anything back.

Because of the inconsistent communication, we would not recommend them.

Undertaking renovations is usually a painful process. Superimpose a global pandemic on top of that, and you have a potential nightmare on your hands.
However, thanks to this company, my headaches went away as soon as I hired them. Extremely professional, time-sensitive, and highly diligent, they have made renos painless, easy, and safe.
They made thoughtful suggestions as to the design and materials to ensure that the project was done in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
They are true professionals, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent timing, everything was as planned, great job and attention to details. Big crew to allow for fast turn around. Three bathrooms and foyer, where done within a week.

The company works very efficiently, quickly and very cleanly, at the moment the best I have come across in construction, Kostya is very organized in his work, he approaches work very responsibly and has a great store of knowledge in construction. I can safely recommend this company to everyone.

Highly recommended. They did laundry floor and walls, 5 bathrooms and a 20’ high wall. The outcome was outstanding!
