Unprofessional conduct

Toronto

Hi arranged financing with them for a tankless hot water heater. The tank couldnt be installed on Nov 14. They assured me financing would be cancelled . Today they are taking money out of my bank account for a job not doneno clear confirmation of anything..

whole process was terrible

the whole process was terrible the sales guy Dalbir does not commit to what he says and no follow up. the install people did not know what they are doing and destoyed part of my property this is not over
