I got thankless water heater, Air Circulation and heating unit. When I called 2nd time for service no one came, and they told me, no technician responding to our call. House was freezing. My newborn grandson was home. I called private company and got fixed. Suddenly a month ago, I got a call from this company and they asked me to remove my previous negative comments, because they getting audit. I told them my problems and asked them where is my 2500 rebate. Person told me I am authorizing your refund immediately, and you will have within 2 weeks. He also asked me to provide receipt of 400 repair I got it done privately. But I couldn't find the receipt and I told him. It's OK. No worries, I am more concern about my rebate. Till today still waiting.
2 weeks ago got another call from company supervisor and she asked me, am I satisfied with services, because company getting audit, I told her what happened, she asked me person name, who I spoke to, I gave her hisname. Moment later he called, I reminded him about where is my cheque you promised, he goes what cheque, I reminded him our conversation, he said ohhh yes, let me call you back, since that no call or cheque.
