Furnace, air conditioner, tankless hot water heater
I moved into my new home 2016. all the hvac was outdated and inefficient.
2017 Kanata developments came and replaced all three with updated, more efficient units . Including high efficiency furnace , air conditioner, and tankless hot water heater. They were very punctual, professional, efficient. They had to fit everything into my electrical/ laundry room. They did a great job, utilizing the limited space wisely , fitting all three units, still leaving plenty of space to work around . They showed up on time , didn't leave until I was satisfied . I was impressed with the nice clean job and I havent had any problems with any of the units. They have a great warranty that I have yet to make use of . I also received 5,700.00 $ government energy savings rebate, making my total end payment approx 4k
I am now looking forward to having them install a fireplace and am confident I wont be disappointed. This will involve some intricate workmanship including running of new gas lines . I feel 100% safe in their hands and would highly recommend kanata developments.
