Guzman did our basement renovation for much less than other contractors quoted us. The work was well done and finished on schedule. This alone is a big reason why we will hire him again and recommend him. Contractors are notorious for finishing late or not finishing the work. Guzman and his team were professional, courteous and did a great job in a timely way. Muchas gracias!
