Super over grown garden beds, removed shrubs,pernials and weeds.
Got to happy condition and rocked for low maintenance.

Hired ABI Summer 2021 to work on the front yard. He promised (in writing) to finish the work in 5-6 days and took 3 weeks. We were patient too much.

His contract is purely to protect him. Using an obscure clause he overcharged at the end.

A bag of jointing sand is $20 at Home Depot and he charged $80. Used play sand instead of POLYMERIC jointing sand with paving stones, contrary to the contract. It is sad!

He came back at the end of May 2022 and identified the following deficiencies .

1.) The Paving Stone Work.
Both the patio and the drive way edge extensions have uneven surface, sinking, sloping/not level /cracked stones etc. In addition, he committed to reapply the proper jointing sand this time.

2.) The Lawn.
Need to level the lawn and add more soil and seed in between the sod blocks/rolls, to create an even/level surface.

He promised to fix all the above items within a few days 2 weeks, at the most. And now 6 months later no response from him to all our email/phone/text messages.

He gives the impression of mature reliable business owner and unfortunately he is not. Shame on us for believing him!

If he has anything to refute any of these points he should come out and come clean. But he will not!

I waited for some time for Abi to to this job, and unfortunately during COVID epidemic did not follow up with Bryce after completion.
I was and still am disappointed with the appearance of the repair. Cleaning grout with muriatic acid after could have improved the appearance

I knew I wanted an aesthetically clean and tidy yard which would be easy to maintain and needed some help deciding how to achieve that. Bryce came out and offered suggestions and provided a competitive quote for the work.

I am thrilled I chose ABI. Bryce communicated my objectives effectively to the team and when they came out they worked tirelessly for 2 days to achieve that goal. I made a small upgrade on site and they were able to accommodate that same day and at a very reasonable cost.

There is a little post-project work required at 10 days and I expect that to be as efficient as the original project.

My yard looks great and exceeds my expectations!
