Second time user! Once again a fantastic job taking on the monumental task of moving our home. Billy and his team were friendly, incredibly hard working, and put in 13+ hours for our difficult move. Five stars, easily, and definitely set the bar competitors should strive for!

This is third time Ive used this company and it was another great experience. From booking my appointment to the actual move, it was organized, professional and the staff are all great. Thank you again!

I've used Toronto Unique Moving several times in the past. Most recently, it was to move us from Toronto to Ottawa.

PROS: Great customer service from beginning to end, and they made the move stress-free. Tiffany coordinated the move, always responded to my emails, and provided all the information I needed so there were no surprises. Our movers this time were Billy, Mike, and Ryan; they took good care of our items, wrapping them up and protecting them. There were no damages to our items or the walls. They all seemed very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They were accommodating to our requests and worked fast. It was a smooth move.

Absolutely amazing company!

I contacted them for my move and Tiffany took care of me from the beginning, she was available to answer all of my questions and their prices are more than fair.
I even had to change my reservation last minute and Tiffany accommodated it with grace.

On moving day Billy and Wai were my movers, they called me when they were near by, and I met them at the door.

Upon entering they realized that they had their fair share of hauling to do, I completely underestimated the amount of stuff I had! But they didn’t complain one bit!

They were joking and laughing the entire time!
After 9 hours, they were still happy and smiling!

I will recommend them to ANYONE in a heart beat!
And as long as they are in business they will have mine!

Tiffany and her team was amazing. We got a bit of last-minute issue but Tiffany was quick to adapt and make sure my move happened on time and taken well care of. The movers are very experienced, handled my belongings very well and went above and beyond to ensure my furniture are moved properly. Highly recommended!

Before moving, frequent communications and update make me peace of mind. On the moving day, truck arrive punctually, movers are polite and hard-working. No unhappy issues. After moving, email greetings and enquiry for the services provided.

Overall speaking, it’s worth for money.

We had a very difficult move (lots of stairs, heavy furniture etc) and this team did it all with a smile on their face. Zero complaints when the day went long and they went above and beyond to make this move easier in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone.
