Darrell from Pestko was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. After working on the wasp nest which was located in the brickwork of the house, he then told us what to watch out for over the next few days and to call him if anything wasn't resolved. Excellent.

Darrell is knowledgeable and eager to help. He was able
to come on short notice to help address the issue and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) and provided tips to help mitigate any future infestations. He offered to come for a follow up and provides a longer warranty than other companies I have called (reassuring since this tells me that he is very comfortable with the quality of his work). Also, I like to work with companies where the owner is very involved and rolls up his sleeves rather than just answers the phone and sends quotes.
