Darrell certainly knows his business. He identified the entry , advised what to do to seal it, he knew where to set bait stations and traps so they will be effective, and advised how to deal with the pests. In fact, one was caught within an hour of his leaving. He wants to be kept informed of how well the bait stations and traps are working, and will return in a month to check and re-bait. I couldn't be more satisfied with his professionalism, extensive knowledge, and personal interaction. I will not hesitate to engage him again if necessary.
