After some water damage ruined our old engineered hardwood floors, we hired Mark and his team after interviewing several contractors. We chose Mark because he was the most thorough, and talked us through what we could expect from start to finish in our condo renovation (Mark and his team redid our floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and den) and payment plan. We are so happy with the job he did and his calm and reassuring presence throughout the process. This is also considering our condo is located downtown Toronto and this is not the easiest location to work in. Mark was very communicative throughout the process and even set up a Whatsapp group with us to facilitate design planning. His cabinet guy, electrician, tile guy, and caulking guy were all extremely skilled and went above and beyond. We were particularly impressed with the fact that Mark made an effort to address some small design changes we asked for at the end of the renovation process. Thank you Mark!

We had a condo reno to do. Because it wasn't considered such a "big" job, i.e. no kitchen, a lot of companies didn't want to take on the job or gave us insane quotes.

Mark did not. He listened to us, went over the scope of work with us numerous times, worked with us when things came up, and even stepped up to help out when all the little add ons were coming up to our moving date. Plus, he befriended the concierge.
