I am quite satisfied with the services I received from Royal Onyx Group. They were professional, punctual and responsive especially Ali, their manager.
They did a fantastic job with a reasonable price for me.

I had my basement finished a couple of months ago by #Royalonyxgroup and I'm totally satisfied with their job. Their price was reasonable and they delivered the job before I anticipated. The head of the company, Ali, was quite helpful and responsive. I recommend them for sure.

I subcontracted Ali (Royal Onyx Group) to do my project which was a full house renovation. I am 100% satisfied with his professionalism and responsiveness.
Probably, Ali is the fastest contractor regarding answering a call or a text.
His crew are completely professional and polite. He delivered the job on time and I totally recommend him and his team for your projects.

Communication with contractor (Ali from Royal Onyx Group) in the beginning was great; quick responses. Once the work started, he did not come by to check on the work that was being done or the work that had been completed (we had a demolition team that spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate with them, we had a plumber come, an electrician and a tile guy).  There were multiple issues with the paint job, electrician job and tile job. We were told that our total bathroom reno would take 7-10 days with workers working a full day (as this was indicated on the contract). This never happened, work started at the beginning of July and to date (September), still has not been completed. Workers would show up at various times throughout the day and be at our home for a few hours and then leave (this can be seen on our RING camera). The electrician drilled a hole that was off centre for our lights (as seen in the photo).  While the electrician was in our bathroom (with the door closed and his tools all over our new sink counter and in the sink), our brand new Moen faucet was damaged with a big scratch in the metal faucet. I told the contractor this the same evening, right after the electrician left our home and the electrician denied it. The ceiling fan cover we bought was installed incorrectly at first, they drilled extra holes and then dented it before they put it up on my ceiling.  Shortly after, the ceiling fan started to leak into our bathroom after it rained. We contacted Ali immediately to inform him of this and he did nothing to resolve this issue.  So we had to get that issue fixed and had to pay out of pocket to do so; We had to hire a Roofer and the Roofer indicated this on our invoice: "Removed incorrectly installed kitchen exhaust vent on the roof elbow and patched up the hole. Supplied and installed vent different place." Royal Onyx Group installed a kitchen exhaust vent on an incorrect spot on our roof, causing this problem of leakage into our newly renovated bathroom. I would not recommend Royal Onyx Group!  We did our homework and looked at HomeStars and read the reviews, etc. This company checked all the right boxes but once the work started, it became a different story. This was a complete renovation of our bathroom. It was gutted out. It should not have all these problems for being a brand new bathroom.

Our basement need some walls repaired and a new wall created after a small flood. Ali and his team came in quickly, at a fair price, and really knew what they were doing. Him and all his workers were extremely considerate of the fact that I have a young baby at home. They provided quality work, completed on schedule, and were very friendly while doing so. I would hire them again for framing, drywall, and painting. Would recommend!

I did a complete renovation in my master bathroom, and I must say I am very happy with my new bathroom. Ali and his team were amazing. Very professional and efficient. Ali was very helpful and easy to get along with, he was quick in responding to my phone calls and text messages when I had questions. Overall, its been a positive experience and I look forward to doing more home renovations with Royal Onyx Construction Group. Highly recommend!

Ali and his team worked on our bathroom renovation project (2 bathrooms) and some other minor repairs and upgrades. For once, I can say we had fun working through the project with a contractor! Ali is the most responsive project manager we have come across. You can time his response to less than 2 minutes most of the time ! As in any reno, specs and design changes tend to happen, and they did in our case too. Ali understood our objectives well, never said No to anything, with the approach that there is a always a solution - I really liked that esp. since we were on a tight budget ! His team was punctual, polite, would listen to our observations and make changes. Coordination between teams (demolition, tiling, painting, electrical, glass etc) was good; Workmanship was pretty good and the project was almost finished on time - some of it was our issue as well. Overall we are very satisfied, and would recommend Ali and his team unhesitantingly. (They will be working on our next project soon)

Onyx Construction Group are dedicated to their job , well Organized, fast and on time. They worked for us in the cold weather and we really appreciate of their job.
