Kavaleer Renovations

Kavaleer Homes and Renovations completed the construction on our legal basement suite, converting a single family 4 level split into fully separate and permitted legal suite duplex. Kyle with Kavaleer was able to creatively add a separate washer and dryer in each suite by using space that was otherwise wasted. I mention this because he was the only contractor that we meet with that though it was possible let alone come up with a very cost effective solution. The job ended on time for our new tenants to take possession, within budget, and we haven’t had any issues with the work completed in either suite. My wife and I have given out his details several times.
