Tech showed up at aprox 12.30 got right to work done by 1:00 I needed a part for my fridge which he had, installed the part fridge working was told the call fee would be $95. it was 295.00 the part cost me 357.00 I priced on amazon retail $25.00 I will never use this service again a new fridge was only 1,200.

Dismantled my dryer and put back together incorrectly. Said my washer needed a new part and would come back to install free of charge. Quoted me for the part at $550. Was able to get from manufacturer for $125. When I called to schedule installation the dispatch said I needed to pay $250 more in labor...and do over the phone. Was able to get the manufacturer in and turns out I didn't need the part after all and the technician had no clue what he was doing. Do not use this service.

My Lg Fridge less than 3 yrs not cooling. Called these guys. Technician came and cleaned the compressor of some dust and sprayed a liquid to check for leaks and did some continuity check on the main logic board. He said that should fix the problem. 265.00 I approved the service under the assumption that my fridge would be fixed. He said give it 24 hrs because of the new technology. After 16 hrs the fridge still was not cooling. He said if it does not work after 24 hrs the compressor will need to be replaced. I can't believe after 265.00 these guys were not able to definitively to diagnose my problem. Would never call this company again. Would not recommend. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Was given a window of 12-4. Showed up just after 12. Was professional, quickly sourced the issue and repaired. Saw something that could be improved and did the work at no extra charge.

I called on the weekend to get my washing machine repaired that was leaking. The tech came monday morning at around 11 and charged me $300 and left saying it was fixed but a part may need to replaced down the line. The first time I tried to use it the water immediately started leaking out worse than before.

The same day I called them at 3 pm and was told I would be called back. I called again at 6 and was told I would be called back. No one called me back either time. I sent an email and was told I would have to pay another $275 to get a part replaced. And they wanted half of it upfront as a deposit for the part. Never again.

Great same day service. Repair man found a way to repair rather than me having to replace the dryer. Prompt return service to install new part. Repair man was extremely polite.

It was my understanding that the $79 plus tax would cover the cost of accessing our fridge's problem. Before the technician would look at our fridge we had to agree to pay $295 plus tax (which included the $79). The tech then pulled out the fridge and removed the back panel. We were then told that it was the fan in the fridge (exhaust fan) due to the seal in the middle of the french doors missing a piece. If the fan was inside the fridge and the missing seal is also in the fridge why would the control panel need to be opened? Why did the cost of accessing our issue go from $79 to $295?

During the assessment our fridge was unplugged. When it was plugged back in, it was 14 degrees. Overnight, the fridge was still 14 degrees and we lost all our food. Two days later it was still only 13 degrees. Before the tech removed the control panel, the fridge was 6-7 degrees and ice would form. Now the fridge cannot get cold enough.

Ultimately the technician's assessment broke our fridge completely. Up till now our issue was ice forming, now we do not have a fridge at all. When I contacted them 3 times they would not respond to our concern.

Exceptionally professional, very knowledgeable, and very competitive. This business was able to come on very short notice and fix my washer on the same visit. I would highly recommend their services to others.

These locksmiths are true experts. They rekeyed my home locks, and the work was impeccable. I feel much safer now.

The heating element in my oven broke. I called their service team and They were able to come the next day.
