Mrs. Clean

They were hired to do a move out clean . They did not wipe all the cupboards down inside , they did not pull out stove and fridge . Did not clean out the fridge . Bathroom taps were not cleaned well . When I called to complain , they said I called too late , they cleaned on the 5th of June and I drove to our place in Calgary on the 12 and saw what was not cleaned . They said they would have the admin look at my complaint and never emailed or called back for over two weeks. I finally called . They charged a lot of money for a very poorly done job . They do lot value the customer and I would not recommend this company at all . Below are just a few of the pictures of the poor workmanship .

What had I been paying for all this time? So today Ms Geo came to do her magic and magic it was. My home ( condo ) is beautifully clean, smells wonderful and not one disappointment. She is very thorough, meticulous and attention to detail. If you have been as frustrated as I have with unreliable service and subpar work then look no further and give Geo a call. We have been using Jacob Cleaning for a few months on a bi-weekly basis (with an initial deep clean), and we are always happy with the job that is done. We have had other cleaners in the past, and while most of the time the cleaning was good, the teams at Jacob Cleaning always provide much better attention to detail and meticulousness.

One thing that stands out in my mind, is that it doesn't matter which team Geo sends to do our house...the cleaning done is always excellent and consistent. That is hugely appreciated.

Geo and her team came by to do a post renovation deep cleaning. We agreed to meet at 8 before I head over to work, and the team was at my doorstep at exactly 8 AM.

I discussed the items that I wanted the team to pay special attention to, and they finished them all. They even fixed little things in the house that were in disrepair, without me asking them to do so.

They provided regular updates as the job was progressing, and made sure that issues were conveyed to me.

Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile without being asked are just two reasons why you should hire them for your cleaning needs.

Our house was a disaster following the rennovations that we did. We tried to clean the house ourselves, but always felt like we were still walking on dust and residue left over from the rennovations. Geo and her team came in while my husband and I were at work and we were surpised at how sparkling the house was when we got home from work. The attention to detail is like no other. Went above and beyond any expectations we had. It was so nice to finally walk barefoot and not feel like your carrying dirt from one room to another and constantly wiping our feet off. Geo was responsive to any questions we had and communicated very well. She outlined the expectations we should have from her and her team and she did not disappoint.
