Horrible experience.
Steadman and his tiler (Ryan) renovated my entire kitchen. All was good except for flooring and I wish I had found someone that was not a contact of Steadmans. The grout started to crumble after the first week. Steadman came back and filled in the holes but it continued to crumble. I have now found a tiler to come in and assess the situation and he has said that the tiling has gone in terribly and that it will have to be reinstalled. He said that the grout that they used is a good product, but went in horribly.
I have tried contacting Steadman about this situation and he refuses to fix it or makeup for the money I have to now spent because his tiler did a poor job. He was in denial the whole time and has refused to fix anything. He has lost my business and any recommendation to someone in the future.
If I paid him to do a job he should complete it.
