Wayne's team consisted of his brother Rob, and some additional helpers who were all honest, committed, helpful and extremely hardworking throughout the entire process. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and fair price, in particular with Rob's outstanding workmanship and counsel throughout.

We are extremely satisfied with the final product. Wayne was very professional and understood our vision for the project due to his design/architecture background. He communicated with us often throughout the project and made sure to check in whenever there was a question of direction. He sought to minimize our costs wherever possible and find the best solution to any problems presented. The workmanship was top-notch. This was our first time hiring Wayne and his team, but we definitely will again and have already recommended LCII to our friends!

We replaced sliding closet doors with double doors. As a result he door frame had to be replaced/rebuilt. Lawrence’s team was experienced, detailed and professional. The workmanship displayed a high end finish. Great Job!

Lawrence Construction built a fabulous cedar pool cabana for our family. They were patient and helpful during numerous revisions as the project grew in scope. These guys were awesome. Pricing was fair. They took on a small job that no one else would by fixing my fence and extended it to match the other side of my driveway. Then they took out my old wooden stairs and put in new concrete stairs with iron railings and parged the bottom of my house. They were always on time and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. Always polite and courteous. I highly recommend Lawrence Construction Installations Inc. I would also like to add that their sub-contractors were amazing.

Wayne is very professional and follow up the repair starting from the quote, site inspection, sequent repair and its completion very closely within one week while others responded without any follow ups afterwards and never heard from them again. I am very happy for his services.
