From quote to installation Trillium provided excellent service. They were quick to respond to any question we had throughout the process, we could not be more pleased with the finished product.

We had a water leak that damaged our floor, and we were forced to repair it on short notice. We spoke to several contractors and Jason impressed us right off the bat by asking the right questions about the job details. Jason was able to book us and complete the repairs on short notice, which we appreciated. Jason and his employee Sal were quick and professional, and it was immediately evident that they knew what they were doing and work very well together. These aren't a pair who do this type of work on the side, this is their main gig and it shows. We are extremely satisfied with our new floor and would recommend Trillium Flooring Installations in a heartbeat to any of our friends.

This company came highly recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint! Their price was better than other companies and the quality of the carpet, significantly better. Jason and his crew were clean, quick, pleasant and attentive. The work was done less than one week after I approved the quote. I would definitely suggest them to others.

Jason and his team removed the old carpet out of the entire house and installed new carpet + 3 sets of stairs on budget and on time.

Jay was very professional and courteous. He has many years of experience installing carpets, and it shows. There were a couple of very minor areas I wasn't 100% satisfied with, and he was happy to come back to fix them. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for carpet installed. We shopped around, and he was also priced better than some of the larger stores. I also liked the fact that I didn't deal with a salesperson and then some other installed who I had never met. I dealt only with Jay and he did the install himself.
