We recently finished our porch and contacted Elite Rail to reinstall our existing aluminum rails when our landscaper was unable to. From our initial contact with Elite, Oleksiy was prompt, honest and informative with his responses. He first came to dry fit the existing rails to inform us of our options (other companies we contacted simply looked at our photos, or ignored our photos of existing conditions), and returned on a second visit to reinstall (and fix the rails that were incorrectly installed by the landscaper).
We were very impressed with Oleksiy’s attention to detail (even nudging posts 1/8” here and there to make it as perfect as possible); him and Peter make a great team and were also very friendly.
Oleksiy told me a bit about some of his other recent/upcoming jobs and I could tell he is very excited and proud of his work - just the kind of person that I would want to work on my house and to call back for future work!
