Repair to Kitchenaid Oven

Dishwasher and Fridge Installation

Eli is great and a respectful technician. He explained to me the process of how he was going to install the fridge and proceeded to work diligently. He was very careful with the appliances and the floor ensuring not to scratch anything.

Fridge repair

Eli explained what was wrong in a respectful and professional manner. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He was very careful moving the fridge so as not to damage the floor and made suggestions as to how to keep the fridge running smoothly in the future.

Washing machine

Our washing machine stopped working all of a sudden, with no warning. We are a family of 7, so lots of laundry. Eli was polite, detailed and professional. While in the end we made the decision to replace our washer, we would definitely recommend GNA Appliances for any service needs

Excellent Service

Initial consultation and booking of the service appointment was easy and company extremely responsive. The service technician Eli was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. He quickly identified the issue and recommended a solution. The part we need is unfortunately quite expensive but this is because of Samsung pricing. Eli recommended several options to resolve the issue which were greatly appreciated. He was eager to assist, helpful and honest. Would definitely recommend this company and Eli in particular.

Washer repair

Alisha provided excellent customer service over the phone and Eli did a great job on the repair. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, I will use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

Dishwasher repair

My dishwasher was adequately repaired but the tech showed up 40 minutes early and in the middle of a video job interview. He refused to leave and come back. In hindsight, I should have just cancelled and got a different company.
I emailed the company to express my concerns and no one got back to me.

Edited to add:
The owner of the company reached out to me following this review. My email was in spam (apparently including a contact number helps prevent that). He was very professional, apologized profusely and offered a very positive solution. Then, he followed up to make it sure it happened. I really appreciate his response.

Dishwasher Repair Stay Away from them

My Bosch Dishwasher starting having an error code E-24 which is a common code denoting that the dishwasher is not draining properly. I contacted this company to see if they could fix the problem and was told on the phone that the service call out fee was $70.00, which would be deducted if I used their labour quote to repair the dishwasher. I also asked how much the labour fees were, which they refused to tell me. That should have been my first clue. When the technician Ilya came to do the repair, he told me that the dishwasher wasn't draining - which I already knew. He then told me that he would drain the dishwasher, and if that did not fix the problem, I would need a new drain pump, which would take 5-7 days to arrive. The cost of the labour was $225. I asked him why the call centre would not tell me the labour rate when I called and his reply was "I dont' know". I questioned why it was so expensive to fix a dishwasher that I could replace for approximately $600. Ilya was convinced that clearing the dishwasher could solve the problem, so I agreed for him to go ahead. He also said that if the error code happened again, then my Bosch would need a new drain pump, which was approximately $54.00. The next day when I went to run my dishwasher, it displayed the same error code. I immediately called the Call Centre and was told that the part would take 5-7 days. After 10 days went by, I called and was told they were still waiting for the part. Three weeks went by and I called again, this time asking to speak to a supervisor or manager.
(who never return phone calls), and am told the same story by the call centre agent - that they are still waiting for the part. I then get in contact with the Call Centre again and am told that the part is on back order because of COVID. I ask why no one bothered to let me know and there was no reply. After several phone calls being put on hold, and being told the same thing, I then ask for a refund less the $70.00. I then receive a call from a Loren who tells me that the part was ordered and sent from the supplier on the 7th of January but that it is on back order and they have no idea of when it is going to arrive. I ask how is this possible? This is a contradiction, because it makes no sense. If a part was sent out, then there should be an estimated time of delivery? I advise Loren that the date she is talking about is date isprobably when the part was ordered. I then ask her to follow up, which of course she doesn't, which leads me to my review today. I spoke to Loren again today to ask about my part, she advises me that my dishwasher worked for 3 days and that they have done their part. I then ask her where she obtained her information, because if she had done her job properly, she would know that my dishwasher has never worked since the technician came. I had to advise her that it is written on my bill that if the problem persisted, then the dishwasher would need a new drain pump. which was the reason why I was calling. I would strongly advise on not to use this company. There is no communication from them, stories are contradictory, and no management or supervisor ever calls back. I believe I have been swindled out of money, and one month later, have no working dishwasher. I would avoid this company at all costs. There is no customer service, they are not interested in keeping customers happy, and are only happy taking money and not repairing equipment. There is no follow up and no service. I feel that I have been misled by this company from the start.

Washing Machine Quote

Eli came over to inspect my washing machine because it had been making an extremely loud noise and I wanted to see why. He inspected it and it turns out it was beyond repair (it is about 11 years old) but he followed that by explaining how to sell the broken one and which brands are best to buy and from which retailers. Even though he was unable to fix it, he was extremely helpful and very polite and respectful.

Quick, professional, knowledgeable

Our oven element broke and we needed a replacement and have it installed. Called Monday, received the quote and work completed Tuesday morning.
Eli was quick and knowledgeable. I asked a question about cleaning the oven and he shared his recommendation.
I would definitely recommend this company.
